By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or using the MRC Fly platform (including our website, services, APIs, and digital tools), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using our platform immediately.

2. Eligibility & User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account or book migration services.

• Account Accuracy: You agree to provide true, current, and complete registration information during signup and Google OAuth authentication.
• Security Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
• Unauthorized Access: Notify MRC Fly immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or any security breach.

All purchases, digital templates, and consultation bookings are billed in the displayed currency (USD / BDT) and processed via authorized payment partners (such as EPS Gateway).

• Consultation Rescheduling: Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours prior notice before the scheduled appointment slot.
• Digital Products: Because digital assets (CV templates, roadmaps, and guides) are accessible immediately upon checkout, digital purchases are non-refundable once unlocked or downloaded.
• Service Delivery: If a scheduled advisor fails to attend an appointment, you are entitled to a full refund or complimentary reschedule.

5. Digital Products & Intellectual Property

All platform content, graphics, roadmaps, branding, proprietary software, and downloadable CV templates are the exclusive intellectual property of MRC Fly. Purchases grant a single, revocable, non-exclusive license for personal career use. Commercial reselling, sharing, or public reposting is strictly prohibited.

Integrity is the cornerstone of MRC Fly. You agree not to upload fraudulent diplomas, altered certificates, doctored financial statements, or false identity records. Submitting forged documents will result in permanent account termination without refund and may be reported to law enforcement.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising in connection with the platform shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
